This role supports the scalability and reliability of enterprise technology environments through systems integration, data validation, automation, and technical support. You will monitor application interfaces, troubleshoot data flows, and help ensure seamless connectivity across business systems. The position also offers an opportunity to identify manual processes that can be streamlined through automation, reporting, and workflow improvements. You will contribute to dashboards, operational reporting, technical documentation, and support processes that improve efficiency and visibility. As the organization advances its use of AI, you will also help prepare structured knowledge and documentation for future AI-enabled support solutions. Working closely with IT operations and business stakeholders, you will help strengthen technical support maturity and reduce manual intervention.
