Sales Recruiter

This role offers the opportunity to shape how a high-growth B2B SaaS organization attracts and hires exceptional sales talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Sales and other go-to-market functions, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers. The role combines hands-on sourcing and candidate evaluation with strategic workforce planning and recruiting process improvement. You’ll use hiring data and market insights to optimize pipelines, improve quality of hire, and make informed recommendations. Success requires balancing quality, diversity, and hiring velocity while building sustainable talent pools for future growth. You’ll operate with significant autonomy in a high-talent-bar environment that values creativity, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement.
