Release Train Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Release Train Engineer based in the United States.

As a Release Train Engineer, you will serve as the central facilitator for a newly forming Software Agile Release Train, helping multiple teams work together toward predictable, high-quality delivery. You will establish the ART operating model, introduce effective Agile cadences, and guide teams through Program Increment execution. Working across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and other shared services, you will create alignment around priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery objectives. The role combines Agile leadership, facilitation, coaching, and delivery oversight in a complex software environment. You will use data and delivery metrics to improve flow, identify systemic obstacles, and strengthen predictability.
