Property Management Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Management Account Manager based in Chile.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced property management professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and its day-to-day operations. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients and tenants, building strong relationships while ensuring properties are managed efficiently. The role combines operational oversight, communication, team coordination, and independent problem-solving. You’ll be expected to navigate complex situations that may not have straightforward answers, using sound judgment and a proactive mindset. Starting with a portfolio of around 100 units, you’ll have the opportunity to scale toward 150, 200, or more units as your performance grows.
