Principal Product Manager, Discovery & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Discovery & Growth based in the United States.

This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for an experienced product leader to own the discovery and validation of new product and revenue opportunities.
You’ll define how the organization identifies unmet customer needs, tests hypotheses, and determines which ideas deserve investment.
The role spans customer discovery, experimentation, business-case development, 0-to-1 product launches, and post-launch growth.
You’ll work closely with customers, prospects, engineers, Product, Sales, and executive leadership to turn promising opportunities into measurable outcomes.
Operating with significant autonomy, you’ll establish the processes and standards for derisking new bets without disrupting the core product roadmap.
Your work will directly influence product strategy, revenue growth, retention, and the company’s ability to move quickly in a competitive fintech environment.
