Platform Administrator, ServiceNow

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Platform Administrator, ServiceNow based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform.
You will help keep the platform stable, secure, performant, and aligned with governance and industry best practices.
The role combines hands-on configuration, operational troubleshooting, reporting, automation, and stakeholder support.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, product owners, process leaders, and global teams.
Your work will directly contribute to better platform reliability, data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
You will also support platform releases and gain exposure to emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and intelligent automation.
