Performance Creative Designer

This is an opportunity to shape performance creative within a fast-growing AI-powered creative technology environment.
You will own the full creative testing cycle, from developing hypotheses to launching ads, analyzing results, and iterating on winners.
The role combines strong visual design with performance marketing, requiring you to turn data into creative decisions.
You will create static, motion, and UGC-style advertising assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
You will work closely with performance marketing, user acquisition, creative, and product teams while bringing your own ideas to the table.
Your work will have a direct, measurable impact on acquisition and growth, while helping establish the broader performance creative playbook.
This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who enjoys experimentation, moves quickly, and uses AI as part of a modern production workflow.
