Organizing Culture and Capacity Director

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced grassroots organizing professional to shape organizing culture and capacity across a large, distributed national network.
The role will define and strengthen shared organizing methodologies, practices, training, and systems that help teams and volunteers build meaningful grassroots power.
You will lead programs that establish core organizing skills while also testing innovative approaches to respond to emerging needs and opportunities.
Working closely with leaders across Field, Campaigns, Digital, and other functions, you will build strong systems and services that support local and national priorities.
The position combines strategic vision with hands-on program leadership, organizational learning, technology adoption, and team management.
You will oversee a geographically dispersed team, develop measurement frameworks, manage resources, and use data and on-the-ground insights to continuously improve impact.
