Network Recruitment and Development Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen and expand a nationwide behavioral health provider network.
You’ll identify and engage providers, negotiate competitive rates, and support the onboarding and orientation of new network partners.
Working closely with Provider Relations, Clinical, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing teams, you’ll help ensure providers and clients receive effective support.
The position combines relationship management, business development, negotiation, and problem-solving in a collaborative remote environment.
You’ll also contribute to proposals, market research, competitive analysis, and improvements to network policies and offerings.
Your work will directly support access to quality behavioral health services while helping maintain a strong, responsive PPO network.
