Marketing Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to help shape marketing strategy and execution in one of Brazil’s fastest-growing medical education markets.
You will translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant campaigns that resonate with Brazilian medical students and physicians.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital acquisition, engagement, and retention channels.
You will own localized initiatives across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, organic social, and region-specific platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp.
Working closely with international teams, you will bring local market insight while helping develop scalable best practices.
The role offers significant autonomy, requiring someone comfortable making decisions, testing ideas, and optimizing campaigns with imperfect or limited data.
Your work will directly contribute to empowering the next generation of Brazilian healthcare professionals through better medical education and clinical resources.
