Managing Counsel, GTM & Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Managing Counsel, GTM & Commercial based in United States.

This is a senior legal leadership role overseeing go-to-market legal strategy and commercial support within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate, and Customer Marketing teams.
The role combines sophisticated legal counseling with practical business partnership, helping teams pursue ambitious initiatives while managing material risk.
You will guide matters involving advertising, consumer protection, AI in marketing, influencer and affiliate programs, trademarks, and strategic commercial relationships.
You will also oversee a commercial legal team, establish scalable processes, and develop legal professionals for broader responsibilities.
Success requires strong judgment, executive presence, creativity, and the ability to find practical paths forward in situations without a perfect playbook.
