This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for partner strategy, programs, incentives, and operational frameworks. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, connecting partner priorities to broader go-to-market and revenue objectives. You will work closely with sales, finance, customer success, analytics, and other cross-functional leaders to turn complex business challenges into scalable programs. A major focus will be helping partners succeed in an increasingly AI-first environment through smarter enablement, incentives, and operating models. Success in this role will be measured through meaningful business outcomes, including partner activation, pipeline velocity, revenue growth, and program efficiency.
