Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing

This is a high-impact growth leadership role focused on accelerating subscription revenue and long-term member value.
You will own a full-funnel, data-driven growth strategy spanning acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across paid media, CRM, partnerships, referrals, and conversion optimization.
You will use customer insights, experimentation, and performance analytics to identify opportunities and maximize marketing efficiency.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Client Success, you will connect marketing performance directly to business outcomes.
You will also lead initiatives that improve the member journey, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
