Senior Manager, Information Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Information Technology based in the United States.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape and scale IT operations for a globally distributed organization.
You will lead a small, high-impact team while remaining close to day-to-day technology operations and problem-solving.
The role spans infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint and SaaS tooling, security, and employee technology experience.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, People, Legal, and Finance to build reliable, secure, and scalable internal systems.
You’ll also help strengthen compliance practices and establish operating rhythms that improve accountability and visibility.
