Senior Legal Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel based in Spain.

This is a senior in-house legal role supporting a fast-growing technology business across the EMEA region and beyond.
The position is centered on complex SaaS commercial contracting, partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to help accelerate business growth.
You will also advise on privacy, intellectual property, employment, cybersecurity, corporate matters, and product-related legal topics.
The role offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to lead cross-functional legal projects and shape policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, People, Partners, Finance, and external counsel.
Working in a fully remote and international environment, you will contribute to both regional priorities and broader global legal initiatives.
