As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the full self-serve growth funnel for a widely used scheduling and collaboration product.
You will shape how millions of users discover, adopt, engage with, and ultimately upgrade to the product.
The role spans product-led growth, viral acquisition, AI-powered onboarding, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and on-site conversion.
You will work closely with design, engineering, content, and customer-facing teams to turn insights into shipped experiments.
This is a highly hands-on position where you will directly influence acquisition, activation, and revenue metrics.
You will have significant ownership in a flat, execution-focused environment that values rapid experimentation and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and deeply comfortable getting into the tools, data, and product details to make growth happen.
