Engineering Manager, Postgres

As an Engineering Manager, Postgres, you will lead a talented engineering team responsible for building and evolving a critical database product used by hundreds of thousands of developers. You’ll combine people leadership with hands-on technical guidance, shaping architecture, engineering practices, and product direction. The role offers significant ownership across product development, system reliability, and long-term platform evolution. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to turn customer needs into scalable solutions. You’ll help the team balance rapid delivery with high standards for quality, reliability, and developer experience.
