Engagement Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Director based in the United States.

This is a senior, high-ownership role focused on turning enterprise AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
You will lead customer engagements from initial problem definition and value discovery through the design, build, and production deployment of AI Co-Workers.
Working directly with senior executives, you will identify high-value processes and decisions where AI can automate, augment, or improve performance.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, value creation, and hands-on delivery to ensure solutions achieve the ROI and outcomes agreed with customers.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, product delivery, and client leadership in a fast-moving AI environment.
You will operate as a trusted senior partner while maintaining direct accountability for pace, quality, and results.
