Employee Relations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Employee Relations Manager based in Brazil.

This is a regional HR leadership opportunity focused on strengthening employee relations and ensuring compliance across Latin America.
You will serve as a trusted liaison between employees, managers, and HR teams, providing guidance on complex workplace matters.
The role combines employee relations, labor law, policy development, compliance, investigations, and strategic HR partnership.
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to support employees throughout their lifecycle.
You will also advise managers on sensitive topics such as sick leave, terminations, employment regulations, and People policies.
Working in a fast-paced, international, remote environment, you will help drive consistency while supporting organizational change and growth.
The position offers meaningful regional scope and the opportunity to shape employee experience, compliance, and HR effectiveness across LATAM.
