Director, Legal

This is a highly visible opportunity to build and lead the legal function for a fast-growing, privacy-first healthcare technology business.
As the first in-house counsel, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team across commercial, privacy, compliance, corporate, employment, and product matters.
You will work directly within the business and deal cycle, helping teams move quickly while managing legal and regulatory risk thoughtfully.
The role combines hands-on commercial contracting with privacy-by-design guidance for products and technology handling sensitive healthcare data.
You will establish scalable legal processes, playbooks, and frameworks that enable the organization to grow efficiently without unnecessary friction.
