Senior Director, Interoperability

This is a senior leadership opportunity to define and execute a multi-year interoperability strategy within a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. You will shape how clinical, operational, and administrative data is exchanged, improving data reliability, care quality, and organizational efficiency. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across technology, clinical, operations, legal, data, and compliance teams. You will lead and scale multidisciplinary teams responsible for clinical data acquisition, integration operations, and telephony. You will also oversee major vendor partnerships, regulatory compliance initiatives, and external relationships with providers and industry stakeholders. This is an influential role for a healthcare interoperability expert who can turn complex standards and regulations into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
