Digital Learning Systems & Accessibility Manager

This role provides strategic and technical leadership for digital learning systems supporting large-scale professional learning and technical assistance initiatives.
You will guide the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of digital learning solutions across multiple projects and stakeholders.
The position combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning, learning management systems, accessibility, and emerging learning technologies.
You will serve as a senior advisor to project leaders, clients, instructional designers, technical teams, and external partners throughout the full project lifecycle.
The role has a strong focus on creating engaging, scalable, accessible, and evidence-based learning experiences.
You will also establish standards, strengthen quality assurance, improve data integrity, and mentor teams to build organizational capability.
