DevOps & Platform Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DevOps & Platform Engineer based in South Africa.

This role is an early and influential opportunity within a focused innovation environment at a fast-growing fintech.
You will own the engineering foundations that allow teams to move ideas into production quickly, safely, and reliably.
Your scope will cover CI/CD, Azure infrastructure, containerisation, deployment safety, migrations, and production observability.
You’ll work closely with platform, data, and engineering specialists while having meaningful influence over how operational foundations are designed.
The role is highly hands-on, with a strong emphasis on diagnosing real production issues and building systems that can scale with the business.
