Lead Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Data Analyst based in United States.

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a strategic role in turning complex data into decisions that shape both product direction and customer outcomes.
You will own critical measurement frameworks covering product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer health.
Working across product, engineering, design, customer success, and sales, you will ensure data is actionable and accessible to diverse audiences.
You’ll lead end-to-end analytics for new initiatives, from defining success metrics and instrumentation through analysis and storytelling.
The role combines hands-on technical work with stakeholder leadership, process improvement, and long-term data strategy.
You’ll also help strengthen the analytics function by mentoring colleagues and establishing scalable, efficient ways of working.
