Senior CRM Consultant

You will plan, execute, and optimize sophisticated customer engagement campaigns using modern marketing automation technologies.
The position combines hands-on platform expertise with strategic thinking, data-driven optimization, and close client collaboration.
You will translate business objectives into effective journeys, campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
Your work will directly contribute to measurable customer engagement and business outcomes across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and other channels.
