Creative Lead (Social & UGC)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Lead (Social & UGC) based in Canada.

This is a creative leadership role focused on raising the quality and performance of high-volume short-form social content. You will act as the final creative eye across UGC ads, reviewing concepts, footage, edits, and finished assets before they reach clients. The role combines hands-on production knowledge with creative direction, quality control, and team development. You will help shape content designed to capture attention quickly and perform across platforms such as TikTok and Meta. You’ll work closely with editors, creative strategists, producers, and other creative professionals in a fast-moving remote environment. Beyond reviewing individual pieces, you’ll build systems, references, and creative standards that help an entire studio improve. This is an opportunity to influence creative culture while helping evolve a UGC-focused operation toward more elevated, social-first formats.
