Cloud Operations Engineer II

This is a hands-on cloud infrastructure role focused on maintaining reliable, scalable, and high-performing compute environments. You will take ownership of cluster provisioning, capacity planning, fleet management, monitoring, and technical escalations. The role combines deep VMware expertise with broader cloud operations and customer support responsibilities. You will help optimize infrastructure resources, monitor operational KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. As a senior escalation point, you will also support complex customer issues and provide guidance to Level I engineers.
