The role combines business analysis, data interpretation, process optimization, and project support in a fully remote setting. Your analysis and recommendations will contribute directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting to senior IT leadership, you will have strong visibility and meaningful influence across cross-functional initiatives.
