This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on building and scaling high-performance search infrastructure for a rapidly growing productivity platform.
You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, information retrieval, and AI to help users find exactly what they need in real time.
The role centers on Postgres and OpenSearch-based services, with a strong emphasis on real-time indexing and search serving.
You will improve relevance, accuracy, latency, and scalability while developing measurement frameworks that continuously raise search quality.
You will also contribute to vector and semantic search capabilities that enable next-generation, AI-powered experiences.
Working closely with backend, AI, and product teams, you will help integrate search capabilities into increasingly sophisticated product experiences.
This is a hands-on role where your technical decisions will have a direct impact on the performance and usability of a global software platform.
