Join the Jefferson Health CRNA Float Team. This full-time position offers premium compensation and a variety of case exposures including trauma, OB, transplant, neuro, and outpatient procedures across multiple facilities.

Role Details

Work at TJUH, Methodist, Einstein, and Torresdale campuses. Enjoy flexible case selection aligned to your career interests, supported by strong CRNA teams and state of the art equipment. You will be responsible for handling varying case complexities including trauma, OB, transplant, neuro, and routine outpatient procedures.

Highlights & Compensation

  • Premium compensation well above competitive CRNA salary tiers
  • Opportunities for overtime and bonus incentives
  • $75K, $50K, or $25K sign-on bonus based on commitment length
  • Exposure to Epic and Cerner EMR systems

Experience Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing anesthesia program with at least 2 years of CRNA experience.
