As the first dedicated recruiter, you will own the full hiring lifecycle to scale a world-class team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, infrastructure, and GTM roles, leveraging AI-powered tools to source top-tier talent. This is a hands-on role in San Francisco designed for a high-grit recruiter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

What You Will Do
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation for technical and GTM roles.

- Partner directly with hiring managers across engineering and product to define requirements and deliver high-quality candidate slates in shifting priority environments.
