Job Title:    Software Developer – ECRM

Job Description: 

  • Develop and design Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and platform events.
  • Produce clean, efficient, well-formatted, well-documented code that is unit tested and follows current best practices.
  • Translate functional requirements into Salesforce technical requirements.
  • Work within and across Agile teams to develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts and ISN software engineers to improve functionality and processes.
  • Research new ways to improve existing functionality.
  • Learn new software tools and skills as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge for assigned products, processes and team-wide projects.
  • Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or Salesforce Consultant, Consultant, or a related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Must have any academic training or experience in the following:

  1. Salesforce Development;
  2. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL;
  3. Web Services Development using a combination of REST, JSON, and XML; and
  4. Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds: Sales; Service; Revenue (CPQ and Billing), and Experience (formerly Community).

*Requires active Certifications in all of the following:

  1. Salesforce Certified Administrator;
  2. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; and
  3. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

*Telecommuting is permitted within commuting distance from office.
