Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and analysis in close collaboration with stakeholders, Engineering, QA, UX, and customers.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure requirements align with strategic business goals while balancing compliance, security, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate business objectives, technical implications, and solution impacts effectively to cross‑functional teams prior to design and development.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies—including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support effective iteration planning and roadmap execution.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric solutions.
- Support Sales, Client Management, and Technical Support teams by providing product expertise and assisting with escalations when needed.
