About the role
About the role:
You will work closely work with senior hiring leaders across Tech, Product and Business functions, helping to shape hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and build teams that scale sustainably.
What you will do
· Own end-to-end hiring for senior and complex roles across the India hub, holding full accountability for quality, speed, and business outcome — not just process completion.
· Act as a strategic adviser to Hiring Managers and senior leaders, including C-level: shape role scope before the brief is finalized, challenge assumptions on market reality, and influence hiring decisions with data and conviction.
· Drive proactive sourcing and candidate engagement for high-bar, hard-to-fill roles, maintaining a consistent and rigorous candidate experience at every stage.
· Lead employer branding initiatives in India, including university partnerships (with a focus on top engineering institutions), talent community development, and long-term pipeline building that outlasts individual req cycles.
· Own the data layer of your hiring: use Ashby and market intelligence to identify where the process is breaking, fix it, and make the improvement visible to leadership.
· Represent the India hub in People and Talent discussions at C-level, bringing a grounded, evidence-based perspective on hiring strategy, market conditions, and long-term team capability.
· Partner with the Hub Leader on people initiatives beyond recruiting, including AI capability building and community programs that strengthen engagement and skills across the hub.
What we are looking for
· A Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a track record of owning complex, senior hiring in fast-moving, scaling environments — someone who measures success by business impact, not req closure.
· The ability to think as a business partner first: genuine curiosity about what drives team performance, where hiring creates risk, and how talent decisions compound over time.
· Confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders. You push back on weak briefs, reframe scope when needed, and earn trust through insight rather than compliance.
· Deep sourcing expertise for technical and leadership roles, with a disciplined approach to candidate quality and pipeline health.
· Experience leading employer branding projects, early-career programs, and talent community initiatives, with ownership over outcomes rather than just execution.
· Comfort with systems, data, and process design. You do not wait for someone to fix what is broken.
