What You'll Do

  • Conduct testing on electrical, electronic, and automotive hardware at both component and system levels.
  • Maintain safety in testing environments, including training and risk management.
  • Analyze and document test results, provide recommendations, and verify outcomes from external testing partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, product, and operations.
  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis to enhance product quality and prevent defects.
  • Stay informed on emerging EV charging standards and technologies.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science.
  • Hands-on experience testing electrical, electronic, or automotive systems.
  • Electrical safety training and experience with Safety Risk Assessments.
  • Knowledge of standards such as IEC61851-1, ISO15118, UL, or SAE and protocols like OCPP / OCPI.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement processes and forward quality practices.
