About the role
Senior Product Manager
Haystack is seeking a Senior Product Manager on behalf of a Haystack partner to own the product vision and backlog for critical client-facing integrations and reporting, as well as internal operational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and backlog for client-facing integrations and reporting that deliver vehicle condition data.
- Manage the product vision and backlog for internal-facing operational tools used for quality monitoring and workflow management.
- Translate needs from both client and internal stakeholders into clear product specifications.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive product delivery from discovery through execution.
- Monitor the health of integrations, accuracy of reporting, and adoption of tools, identifying and resolving issues.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe framework, including writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance personal productivity or drive AI-enabled transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering leads, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and drive features.
- Experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing data outputs like APIs or file deliveries.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
