Your Role in ALM and the PALMA Support Center
You will join the Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM) Department, responsible for managing interest rate risk for the Crédit Agricole Group, and more specifically the PALMA Support Center. This mission will allow you to gain knowledge in Bank Balance Sheet Management, particularly in Interest Rate Risk management.
The PALMA Support Center (10 people) is responsible for ensuring the smooth production of ALM indicators calculated in the ALM management tool (SI PALMA/RCO). The CSP's missions include supporting ALM managers and management controllers in using the PALMA tool, monthly production according to a defined and validated schedule, and tool management with our partners (IT, Project, Users).
Your Mission
You will join agile teams, demonstrating initiative and a passion for numbers and challenges, in a constantly evolving environment. Your mission, should you accept it, is to join the PALMA production team, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth production of ALM indicators calculated in the RCO (Moodys) tool.
This application covers the needs of Crédit Agricole S.A. (central body), the 39 regional banks, Crédit Agricole social entity, LCL, and the CAPFM group:
- Be trained in the CSP's monthly production process, particularly in data integration and control, a prerequisite for delivering indicators to tool users.
- Leverage your analytical skills and critical thinking by providing regular support to ALM managers in the entities (regional banks) on the various reports generated in the RCO tool (interest rate gaps, TCI calculation).
- Participate in the maintenance/evolution and automation of the CSP's internal tools.
- Produce various regulatory reports monthly (e.g., accounting-management reconciliation).
