About the role

Job Description

As part of the Marketing Department, within a dynamic and passionate team, you will report to the two Acquisition Communication Managers of Groupe Bon Marché and assist in the daily Media & CRM activities for Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be as follows:

Media Topics (Outdoor, Print, Digital):

  • Participate, alongside the Acquisition Communication Managers, in the operational deployment of our various print media campaigns (urban and metro outdoor advertising, editorial and/or visual print insertions, inserts, creation of brochures, etc.) and digital campaigns (editorial and/or visual and/or audio native advertising, display, pre-roll TV and radio/podcast, cinema distribution, digital outdoor advertising, special operations, etc.), in coordination with all internal stakeholders (buyers, CRM, brand content, image department, marketing department, etc.) and external contacts (media agency, media sales houses, service providers, etc.).
  • Act as a conductor, with the Acquisition Communication Managers, for all projects to help coordinate various timelines (briefing, content validation, implementation, etc.) and participate in the organization and coordination of visual content creation (shoots/filming).
  • Assist in writing, proofreading, and/or producing content related to special operations (print and digital).
  • Monitor the results of these activations and participate in the development of monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
  • Regularly synthesize market intelligence, with the help of other members of the Acquisition team, to propose new media formats or types of activations.

CRM Topics:
