Position Summary:
The Women’s Center & Economic Mobility Manager provides day-to-day leadership and management of the Women’s Center, overseeing program operations, staff, participant services, workforce and economic mobility initiatives, partnerships, and program outcomes. The Manager leads the development and delivery of programming that connects women to immediate resources, trauma informed and healing centered case management, skill building and supportive services while creating pathways to employment, education, training, career advancement, and greater economic stability. This position provides staff supervision and direct participant services as needed and works closely with the FRC/Women’s Center Director to ensure high-quality, coordinated, participant-centered services.
