Senior CRM Manager

What You Will Do

  • Utilize internal tools to set up CRM events, lifecycles, and campaigns of medium to high complexity.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate execution of campaigns and lifecycles.
  • Conduct post-launch checks to monitor campaign performance and report any irregularities.
  • Coordinate external communication channels to advance CRM campaigns using emails and push notifications.
  • Provide creative support in copywriting for our social media platforms.
  • Prepare art briefs, write engaging marketing copy, and review the quality of graphic assets.
  • Work closely with various groups within the company, such as Development, QA, Art, Product, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Service.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide ideas for new campaign concepts.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in tools, processes, UI, and UX of events.
  • Manage and resolve configuration issues, escalating the most complex ones as needed.
