Warehouse Specialist - FUJIFILM Biotechnologies
The Warehouse Specialist 2 plays a crucial role in supporting the storage, handling, and distribution of materials and products within FUJIFILM Biotechnologies' Supply Chain operations. This position ensures all warehouse operations, procedures, and systems comply with GxP requirements. The role involves working cross-departmentally in receiving, shipping, and logistics, utilizing SAP ERP for inventory management, cycle counting, and shipping activities within a GMP facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports change management records, investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Creates, revises, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and GMP documents.
- Assists with inventory management, including cycle counting and investigating discrepancies.
- Collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Sciences, and Supply Chain teams to support warehouse operations.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas like shipping, receiving, or materials management.
- Supports Weigh & Dispense, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods areas with material and product inventory management.
- Utilizes the SAP ERP system for warehouse operations and master data management.
- Ensures data integrity and compliance for audit readiness.
- Supports client and regulatory inspection tours as a process SME.
- Maintains and coordinates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Identifies and drives warehouse improvement projects.
- Represents Warehouse operations in cross-functional improvement teams.

Qualifications:
- Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6 years of applicable industry experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of applicable industry experience; OR Master’s degree with no previous experience; OR Equivalent military experience.
- Preferred Requirements: Associate's degree (preferably in life sciences, engineering, or business) with 4 years of cGMP experience; OR Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences, engineering, or business) with 2 years of cGMP experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of warehouse operations, including sequence and cadence.
- Experience with warehouse systems, such as SAP.
- Ability to update and create documents per schedule.
- Understanding of cGMPs.
- Troubleshooting and leadership abilities.
- Mentorship skills for junior staff.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- May require respiratory protection.
