IT Manager - Payment Systems (Issuing)

This role is for an IT Manager to lead and support five multi-site teams working on Issuing ECIS and WERO Consumer. The position combines leadership, operational management, and technological vision to ensure the performance and evolution of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management
  • Ensure commitments are met: quality, deadlines, budget, compliance.
  • Supervise project and run activities across all payment areas.
  • Prioritize and synchronize work with Product Owners and transverse teams (architects, framework, SRE, PMO).
  • Implement and track performance KPIs, identify risks, and lead improvement plans.
Team Management & Organization
  • Manage and structure IT resources: staffing, role allocation, team types.
  • Support skill development, foster engagement and cohesion (including remotely).
  • Deploy software engineering best practices: quality, automation, CI/CD optimization, security.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Define and evolve transverse processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in organizational, technical, and methodological aspects.
  • Ensure application maintenance (MCO), manage major incidents, and conduct root cause analyses.
Coordination
  • Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, architects, and external partners.
  • Represent the domain in key forums and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring Emission & WERO Consumer roadmaps.
