Habitat et Humanisme, acteur majeur du logement et de l'insertion sociale depuis près de 40 ans, recherche un Contrôleur de Gestion pour sa Foncière, basée à Caluire-et-Cuire. Missions Principales
En tant que Contrôleur de Gestion, vous serez responsable du contrôle de la gestion opérationnelle des projets immobiliers, de la faisabilité à la réception. Vos missions incluront :
- Assurer la fiabilité et le suivi des bilans financiers, y compris la consommation des fonds propres.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de maîtrise d'ouvrage pour une gestion financière efficace.
- Mettre en place et suivre les outils de pilotage pour la Direction Financière et les instances dirigeantes.
- Réaliser des études financières prospectives pour les projets de développement.
- Actualiser les hypothèses macro et micro-économiques relatives aux bilans financiers des opérations.
- Contribuer à l'actualisation du Plan à Moyen Terme (PMT).
- Identifier et proposer des actions d'optimisation des processus.
- Participer aux réflexions sur l'évolution de l'outil de gestion immobilière.
- Gérer les taxes foncières, en assurer le suivi et effectuer les demandes de dégrèvement.
Votre Profil
- Formation Bac +4/+5 en Finance, Comptabilité et/ou Contrôle de Gestion.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience requise.
- Connaissance indispensable du montage des opérations immobilières, idéalement acquise auprès d'un bailleur social ou d'une entreprise de promotion immobilière.
- Fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec une bonne culture financière et une connaissance des mécanismes du logement social.
- Maîtrise d'Excel et connaissances de Power BI.
- Curiosité, ouverture d'esprit, aisance relationnelle, et goût pour le travail en équipe et transverse.

- Rémunération : Selon expérience (40k-50k).
