About the Senior Data Analyst Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing business needs, driving insights, and ensuring high data quality within our rapidly growing logistics technology environment.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar analytical role.
• High-level SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools.
• Thorough knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and modern data stack tools.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong data storytelling mindset.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics and data governance.
• Proactive, curious attitude, with a continuous desire for learning and development.

Advantageous Skills:

• Power BI knowledge.
• Experience in data visualization best practices and data storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business needs, formulate clear analytical requirements, and deliver action-oriented insights.
• Apply advanced analytical methods (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, cohort analysis).
• Present analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models that support reporting, self-service analysis, and deep dives.
• Optimize data transformations using SQL, DAX, Python, or other relevant tools.
• Query, manage, and optimize large relational databases through advanced SQL usage.
• Implement ETL processes and tools for efficient data integration.
• Document data sources and ensure unified data structures.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance across datasets, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Participate in the development of data governance frameworks, metadata documentation, and quality control processes.
• Proactively collaborate with data engineering and business teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards (primarily in Power BI).
• Establish reporting standards and best practices (visualization, usability, data storytelling).
• Support self-service analytics by enabling business users and creating certified datasets.
