The Job
We’re looking for a Senior Motion / Video Designer to support Creative Producers by editing and optimising UGC video assets for TikTok and Snapchat. This role focuses on speed, volume, and performance-driven execution across both organic and paid UA.
You will work with existing footage and transform it into high-converting creatives, with a strong focus on capturing attention in the first 3 seconds.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Direct-Response Design: Create high-converting UGC video ads for TikTok and Snapchat, with a strong focus on capturing attention within the first 3 seconds. Designing transitions, typography, motion graphics where needed.
- Iterative Execution: Work closely with Creative Producers and UA to analyse performance and iterate quickly, scaling winning creatives and improving underperforming ones. Supporting high-volume production with fast turnaround times.
- Collaboration: Partner with Creative Producers, marketing teams, and creators to deliver performance-driven, brand-aligned content
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with platform trends and native formats to keep creatives relevant and competitive
- Adapting and localising video assets for different markets
- Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
- Experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows and output

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and solid design fundamentals (composition, typography, visual hierarchy)
- Strong experience with short-form UGC video (TikTok-first mindset)
- High proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with Figma
- Ability to produce high volumes of content without compromising quality
- Understanding of performance marketing basics (CTR, conversion, retention)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience mentoring or supporting other motion designers
- Experience with localisation across markets
- Familiarity with video automation workflows (expressions, templates, MOGRTs)
- Basic 3D or advanced motion skills
