About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, technically accurate content that supports data-driven initiatives. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly JSON and public datasets, to extract meaningful business insights and communicate findings through well-structured documentation, notebooks, or other technical artifacts. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with researchers and stakeholders to translate complex technical data into concise narratives and actionable recommendations. Your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, maintain high-quality outputs, and pay meticulous attention to detail will be crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
• Proven expertise in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured content.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets effectively.
• Working knowledge of Python for data exploration, validation, and supporting analysis tasks.
• Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to facilitate analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen to draw appropriate conclusions and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive, well-structured technical documentation and deliverables that clearly communicate complex concepts.
• Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights, answering key analytical questions effectively.
• Explain reasoning, logic, and methodologies in notebooks or other suitable formats to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
• Work with JSON-based data, ensuring outputs are accurate, organized, and easy to interpret.
• Utilize Python scripting as needed to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows.
• Maintain thorough documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to ensure traceability and transparency.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, clarify technical details, and improve deliverables.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all written content, adhering to best practices in technical documentation.
