Industry and Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features, user journeys, and industry trends. Stay informed on market shifts, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine the product roadmap.
Performance, Optimization & Metrics: Partner with third-party payment providers and internal engineering teams to drive measurable improvements in authorization rates, reliability, and cost efficiency while maintaining strong controls. Establish, track, and communicate key success metrics, using a data-driven approach to prioritize work and demonstrate impact.
Experimentation and Iteration: Champion a test-and-learn approach, including concept validation, A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts.
Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches. Manage dependencies, triage issues, and act as an escalation point to keep delivery on track.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and business case development through delivery and iteration. Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations; remove blockers and drive decisions.
