Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary (W2): $70,000.00
- Benefits Stipend: $583/month ($7,000/year)
- Performance-Based Annual Bonus
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with potential for late nights, especially in the first 6 months)

- Transaction Coordination: Manage all aspects of 35-40 transactions annually, from contract initiation to closing.
