Business Analyst
EXL is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, developing comprehensive project requirements, and ensuring successful project implementation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges, ultimately driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and meticulously document business needs from various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and project deliverables.
- Support the entire project lifecycle, from conception through implementation and beyond.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements.
- Proactively identify and propose solutions to complex business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
