About the role
Production Administrator
As a Production Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, you will support customer service through inbound and outbound communication, address concerns, and provide guidance. You will also assist with administrative tasks, coordinate with the installation team to schedule jobs, and ensure work orders are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound/outbound calls for scheduling/reschedules
- Sending and monitoring reminders/confirmations for installation
- Preloading Installation Work Orders with job details/files
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in customer service; preferred.
- Able to work independently; efficiently.
